Study consultation and contact
When you request study consultation, we store your name, phone number, study stage, learning goal, selected focus, any guardian name and your message. THE EXAMS POINT uses these details to respond and manage follow-ups. Older enquiries remain subject to the same contact-data protections. Please provide only information needed for your request. An adult learner or parent/guardian must provide consent.
Integrated exam booster registration and results
To enter the test series, candidates provide a name and an Indian WhatsApp number and consent to storage and result messages. If under 18, use parent or guardian permission. We store registration consent, test responses, timing and results in the institute’s hosting storage. The owner can access submitted results and contact details. Phone ownership is not verified by OTP. Do not enter another person’s number without permission.
A secure browser cookie maintains registration for up to 30 days. A temporary answer draft may be saved in this tab while an online save is pending. For anonymous registrations, leaving registration or clearing cookies removes browser access; registering again does not automatically restore earlier results. A linked student account can restore its saved registration and test history after login. Retained server records can be corrected or deleted by contacting the institute.
If connected, the WhatsApp Business service receives the recipient number, candidate name and result summary with consent. Service acceptance, delivery and read confirmation are different statuses. Manual sharing opens WhatsApp and requires you to send the message. Test results are not published in a public leaderboard.
Test paper purchases
Purchases use a THE EXAMS POINT email-and-password student account. We store your name, login email, a salted password hash protected with a server-only secret, hashed recovery code and session tokens, a hashed account identifier, provider order and payment IDs, amount, currency and access entitlement in private hosting storage. Razorpay processes payment details in its checkout; the website does not store card details. Email ownership is not verified and no email or SMS OTP is sent. A private recovery code is shown at signup to reset the password if needed. Student login uses a secure cookie valid for up to 30 days. The checkout may receive your candidate name. Temporary payment confirmation data is saved in this browser tab to retry verification. Signing in restores your saved registration and test history when linked to the student account. Older anonymous browser history may remain separate. Contact the institute for access or receipt support.
Study preferences on your device
Saved examinations, revision progress, and reading preferences are stored in your browser. They are not a student account and do not automatically sync between devices. Clearing browser storage removes these preferences.
Administration and hosting
The public website can be browsed without signing in. The private administration area uses ChatGPT sign-in and checks the owner’s identity. Website records and uploaded files are held in the site’s hosting storage. Hosting and sign-in providers process connection and account information according to their own policies.
WhatsApp and other websites
WhatsApp, official examination websites, and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. Messages sent there are handled by those services.
